• Closure Period: December 28, 2024 (JST) – January 5, 2025 (JST)
• Operations Resume: January 6, 2025 (JST)

* User support will also resume on January 6 (JST).

Please note that we will be unable to respond to inquiries from the Live2D Store or official website during the above period.

About the Live2D Student Discount Program

Please read below for details regarding the processing of Student Discount Program applications:

• If you wish to receive a discount coupon through the Student Discount Program by the end of 2024, please submit your application by December 24th at 11:59PM (JST).
• Application processing will resume from:
  Jan. 6th, 2025 (JST) in order of applications.
  Applications are usually processed within 5-6 business days, but please be aware that the process may take longer depending on the volume of applications.
  *Excluding same-day issuance.
